The first visit
We ask how it started and what makes it better or worse, then watch how you move. You leave knowing what we think is going on and what we suggest.
Treatment
Usually a mix of hands-on work and exercises you do at home. The exercises matter most, so we keep them few and make sure you can do them.
When it is not for us
Some back pain needs a GP or a scan first. If we think yours does, we say so on the first visit and tell you what to ask for.
