Sports and running injuries, in detail
Where it usually starts
A sudden strain, or a niggle that has been building for weeks as the training load went up. Both are common and both are worth assessing early.
A staged return
We set clear steps back to full training, with a test at each step, so you know when it is safe to do more.
What it costs
A £55 assessment, then £45 follow-ups. Most people need fewer follow-ups than they expect once the plan is clear. Prices on this demo are samples.
Questions about this
Should I stop running?
Not always. Many running injuries improve with a change in load rather than full rest. The assessment tells us which.
Do you tape or strap?
Sometimes, for a short spell. Taping supports the plan; it is not the plan.
Missing training?
